Delete your account
Updated 22 October 2026
Request deletion of your RitRekha account and associated personal data.
RitRekha is provided by RITVE PRODUCTIONS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED. You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in or have an age-restricted account. An email request is sufficient to start the process.
If the email button does not open your mail application, write to admin@ritveproductions.com with the subject “RitRekha account deletion request”. Include the email used to sign in and your name, if known. You do not need to explain why you want to leave.
Deleting from the app
1. Open RitRekha and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation, type DELETE when asked and confirm.
If you encounter an error or cannot use these controls, use the email route above. Account deletion is intended to be permanent.
Verification and completion
Send from your account email where possible. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data to prevent someone else from deleting your account. Never send your Google password, login code or authentication token. We will explain any additional verification and confirm the outcome by email.
We handle requests as soon as reasonably possible after verification, subject to applicable requirements. App-data deletion and storage/authentication cleanup may complete at different times. We will tell you if additional processing or a permitted retention exception applies; no instant-erasure guarantee is made.
Data removed and records retained
Deletion removes your app profile, birth details, saved reflections and notes, trackers, readings, Questions answers and translations, and derived chart/timeline data linked to your account. Associated content reports are also removed. Profile photos and the sign-in identity are queued for separate cleanup. Account deletion cannot undo an AI or email request already sent to an external provider.
Limited subscription/purchase history, transaction events, security/operational records can be retained for billing, fraud prevention, security or legal reasons. Some historical records have their account link removed. RevenueCat purchase history is not automatically deleted by app-account deletion. Provider logs or retained copies follow their applicable processes. We can explain retained categories and relevant constraints when handling your request.
See the privacy policy for retention details, including provider logs and recovery copies. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server-side account data.
Subscriptions are separate
Account deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription. If you have a real store subscription, manage or cancel it through that store to prevent further renewals. On Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and select RitRekha when available. Current development Test Store purchases are simulated. You can request account deletion without waiting for a subscription period to end; contact us if you need assistance.
